Fwd: Is "Obama Care" screwed?

 

A Federal Judge I've never heard of declared "Obama Care" unconstitutional today. Folks with preexisting conditions are now officially screwed.

tRump is reportedly cheering. I wonder if he would be cheering if he had the empathy that comes from shared suffering? I doubt it!  He has lead a life in which he has been given everything and does not know what it is like to do without. Plus, tRump is reported to lack empathy.

So, what happened to the oh-so-great replacement medical plan tRump said he would inflict on er give to the public? 

I hope an appellate judge would save us. (I have no faith in the Supreme Court protecting us.)
