Dr. Jackson gone, career tarnished

I intensely dislike it when a Flag Officer screws the pooch.

I don't know if the White House MD has officially "screwed the pooch" but enough people have accused him of being drunk on duty and mis handling drugs to make me wonder.

Is he guilty of malpractice or worth, "conduct unbecoming"?

He says he is not. (He may be telling the truth?)

POTUS 45 says he is not. (But 45 is a known liar.)
